Resumo
Este ensaio visual reflete sobre o bairro Independência, situado na região central de Porto Alegre (RS). Formado por registros fotográficos e fragmentos narrativos, parte dos elementos como um viaduto, um estacionamento e um edifício abandonado para especular e refletir a respeito da ruína contemporânea que o urbanismo articula, legando esquecimento e invisibilidade ao habitante que produz cidade.

Notes on Independence: ruins
Abstract
This visual essay reflects on the neighborhood Independência, located in the central region of the city of Porto Alegre (in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). Consisting of photographic records and narrative fragments, it uses elements such as an overpass, a parking lot, and an abandoned building to speculate and reflect on the contemporary ruin that urbanism connects, imparting oblivion and invisibility to the inhabitant who produces the city.
